About the Role
You will take ownership of major sustainability and engineering projects ranging from 25m to 250m, including waste-to-carbon systems, renewable technologies, and nature-based climate solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Research & Development Officer, you will guide projects from concept through to commissioning, ensuring they deliver measurable impact and long-term value.


This is a high-profile role where you will manage cross-functional teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders. You will also shape delivery standards and practices and mentor the next generation of project managers.


What You Will Do
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale climate and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion


Develop project plans, budgets, and success metrics; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery


Oversee design, procurement, construction, and commissioning to the highest standards


Manage stakeholder communications across leadership, partners, and external collaborators


Implement robust safety, risk, and quality assurance frameworks


Coach and mentor junior team members; contribute to a strong and inclusive delivery culture


What We Are Looking For
10+ years of experience delivering complex engineering or infrastructure projects (25m+)


Proven leadership across design, construction, and commissioning


Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


Expertise in PM tools, QA/QC, vendor management, and commercial oversight


Purpose-driven mindset with motivation to deliver real climate impact

Desirable:

experience in waste management, carbon removal technologies, BIM or digital twin tools, and fluency in a second language such as French or Spanish.
