Summary of the job:


Sermo Experts provides an outlet for our clients to connect 1:1 with qualified physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders on demand.

As a Senior Manager in our Experts practice, you will play an instrumental role in connecting our clients with thought leaders in the healthcare & life sciences sector.

You will be a leader in our Experts business, owning successful project outcomes, and overseeing Project Leaders and recruiting Associates in line with established KPIs. You will manage performance conversations, client escalations, and client stakeholder interaction. You are responsible for project task allocation and execution and will own project intake through to final delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with global counterparts to ensure consistent process adoption and enable load-balancing opportunities.

Responsibilities:


Own successful project outcomes. Oversee Project Leaders and Associates in line with established KPIs. Manage performance conversations and ongoing training of a team. Manage client project escalations and overall project communication. Support training and coaching of recruitment approaches with Associates and Sr. Associates, and Project Leaders.
