Responsibilities:

Define and manage project scope, develop project charter and plan deliverables, times, cost and resources Manage, monitor and report progress against the project plan, ensuring consistent and transparent communications are provided to Management and Executive Leadership Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders and act as the key point of contact for the IAM Team Identify issues/risks, analyse options and manage impacts to mitigate project delays and take appropriate action to keep the project on track, leveraging support from key stakeholders and/or management as required Managing changes to the project scope, budget, and schedule Establishing effective project communication, stakeholder engagement and reporting to stakeholders Collaborate with business stakeholders, but also IT finding the right solutions and ensuring their end-to-end implementation Performing risk management to minimize potential risks and their negative impacts Guaranteeing the adherence to the project management standard of Munich Re Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent work experience. Multiple years of relevant work experience Experience in IT related project management, ideally in the IAM or IT Security domains Knowledge of IAM and related systems and technologies Exceptional leadership, communication, structuring and facilitation skills Excellent organization and time management skills and ability to apply IT risk and security considerations Demonstrated ability to work globally across entities and cultures
