Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, customer-facing consulting and technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, a collaborative approach to stakeholder management, and the confidence to drive continuous improvement across teams and processes.W

socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:Project management : + Successful delivery of multiple concurrent customer-facing consulting and technology projects
+ Define programme goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
+ Liaise with practice managers and directors on project escalations
+ Manage changes to project scope and schedule effectively
Stakeholder Collaboration: + Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on programme progress.
+ Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams.
+ Manage client expectations, ensuring alignment between their needs and the project outcomes.
Resource & Team Management: + Coordinate and allocate resources across multiple projects, balancing internal and external priorities.
+ Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
+ Work very closely with the team of consultants to ensure project deliverables are met
+ Work with the operations team and Project Management Office to effectively schedule the necessary team members on projects.
+ Ensure adherence to good process and give process improvement feedback
Risk & Issue Management: + Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks and issues.
+ Implement contingency plans to address potential challenges and minimize disruption.
+ Ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.


Qualifications:Education: + Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Experience: + 2+ years of experience project management, with a focus on software development and/or client implementations.
+ Proven track record of managing multiple projects and programmes simultaneously.
+ Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management environments.
Skills: + Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
+ Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
Soft Skills: + Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
+ Adaptability and resilience in managing competing priorities and complex challenges.
+ Some travel may be required but in general the role of the Project Manager is to work remotely from our clients, with kick-off meetings and escalation meetings sometimes more likely to be candidates for face-to-face meetings
