We're now seeking an outstanding Senior Construction Project Manager to join our leadership team and drive the successful delivery of complex, high-value developments across the country.

The Opportunity

This is a senior strategic role, offering full autonomy and board-level exposure.

You will take ownership of multiple large-scale projects -- managing delivery from design and procurement through to handover.

You'll work closely with directors, investors, and clients to ensure WCS Phoenix Project continues to deliver on time, on budget, and beyond expectation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle -- design, procurement, construction, and completion. Oversee multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors to achieve time, cost, and quality goals. Manage budgets of 50m - 250m+, ensuring strong cost control and commercial outcomes. Administer contracts (JCT / NEC), manage change control, and maintain compliance. Drive excellence in health & safety, sustainability, and environmental performance. Build strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and project partners. Provide strategic reports and updates to the board and executive team.
What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

10 + years' experience delivering large-scale construction projects. Proven success managing complex housing or mixed-use developments. Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge (JCT / NEC). Exceptional leadership, stakeholder, and client-facing communication skills. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
Desirable:

Chartered (MCIOB / RICS / ICE) or working toward. Experience on government frameworks or public-private partnerships. Understanding of modern methods of construction (MMC) and ESG standards.
