Senior Project Manager

to join our dynamic PMO team and lead high-priority initiatives that shape the future of our business.

Key Job Responsibilities:



The responsibilities of the

Senior Project Manager

consist of, but are not limited to:

To lead cross-functional teams to deliver results aligned with business goals. Manage and report on a portfolio of technical projects across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations. Own project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and budget from initiation to completion. Communicate progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders and executives. Ensure quality standards and project deliverables are met.

Travel Requirements:



Occasional travel to other sites may be required to support project needs

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:



Degree in a STEM discipline (Electrical, IT, Mechanical Engineering preferred). Recognised PM qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ or equivalent). Proven project management experience in a technical environment. Experience with hybrid methodologies and full project lifecycle delivery. MBA or post-grad business qualification. Experience in New Product Development, Manufacturing, and PMO environments. Familiarity with enterprise planning and change management tools. Experience in Team leadership, stakeholder management, and business case development. Planning, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus skills
