Essential



Degree level/HNC/HND qualification in a M&E or Civil Engineering and vocational training in Engineering Relevant CSCS Card

Responsibilities



Ensuring the project is delivered safely, within Budget, on programme and to the required Quality Managing a dedicated professional team integrated with the Clients team Ownership of the packages and disciplines Delivering to budget and production targets, programme, and specification Owning the relationship and maintain a liaison with the client and the supply chain Supporting the manager and the staff under your control Maintaining a good working relationship with the Client and associated personnel Being conversant with all drawings, specifications, and relevant information for works package Develop, Lead, and clearly Communicate MIP wide logistics strategy Develop, lead, communicate and deliver construction support functions Develop pre-construction information and ensure updates are recorded Capture and understand project scopes from key stakeholders, Develop and articulate User Requirement Documents Develop deterministic schedule with project planning lead Develop project risk register with project risk lead Develop Probabilistic schedule and own through project lifecycle (including soft and hard lock reviews) Manage the development, and review with the commercial lead the project cost models. Deputise for programme manager as required Follow and support monthly reporting cycle and deliver to key stakeholders. Support and manage project team to achieve successful delivery

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience



Essential



Awareness of NEC Form of Contract and Subcontract Understanding of Engineering Principles Technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices * Significant work experience within a similar role with a main contractor in a highly regulated environment
