Senior Project Manager

to take a lead role on a

super-prime residential scheme.

You'll be the driving force on the project - steering delivery, and working closely with a senior leadership team known for being hands-on, supportive, and genuinely well regarded in the market. It's a chance to take real ownership of a signature development while working in an environment that values initiative, collaboration, and high standards.

Proven ability to lead complex residential projects Strong technical and delivery capability, especially around procurement Clear communicator who can build trusted client and consultant relationships MRICS (or progressing towards it) preferred Passion for shaping best-in-class real estate projects
