About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at NFU Mutual, you'll take ownership of large and complex projects--often exceeding 7 million in budget--delivering strategic change that drives business success. Operating within our Change Framework, you'll lead initiatives from definition through to transition and closure, ensuring outcomes align with business case requirements and stakeholder expectations.

Your ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and stakeholders will be key to fostering a collaborative "one-team" approach. You'll support business case development, manage resource allocation, and lead high-performing project teams to deliver results that matter.

You'll also play a strategic role in governance and reporting, ensuring informed decision-making through data-led insights. From risk management to supplier engagement, your leadership will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes and continuous improvement.

Please note this vacancy may close at any time once sufficient applications have been received. Early submission of your application is therefore encouraged.
