Your next role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take charge of the implementation and delivery of the NEC Housing Case Management System. The system is the core platform that drives our day-to-day housing operations and underpins effective service management. This system is essential to helping us to deliver on our recently published Housing Improvement Plan and ensuring we provide high-quality services to our tenants.
This is not just another project, this is a high-profile transformation programme that will modernise our housing services, improve customer experience, and streamline internal processes. Your leadership will ensure that the system delivers the functionality and reliability needed to drive service excellence and meet our ambitious improvement goals.
Ideally you will be experienced in the implementation of the NEC Housing case management system. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Manage all phases of the software implementation, from planning to go live and beyond
Manage a small project team who provide system support and future development
Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation and externally, reporting on progress, risks and issues.
Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, building strong relationships to keep the project moving forward with confidence
Ensure robust project management methodologies are applied to deliver transformational change successfully
You must have:
A proven track record of delivering and supporting complex projects and programmes
Experience in implementing NEC Housing Case Management System (highly desirable)
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
Expertise in using structured project management tools and techniques to deliver change
A passion for making a difference and the resilience to thrive in a challenging, high-profile role
Experience of delivering complex system implementations within housing, local government, or related sectors
Proven ability of managing suppliers, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining tight control over timescales and budgets.

You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act "for the effective performance of a customer-facing role").
