Our Commercial & Industrial division designs, fabricates and constructs structural steelwork for a variety of different sectors including commercial offices, stadia & leisure, industrial & distribution, data centres, retail and health and education.
The division has manufacturing sites in three locations: Dalton, Lostock, and Enniskillen. Each has full-service capabilities and modern manufacturing processes enabling us to provide a high-quality product to a variety of different sectors. Each of our sites has its own strong reputation in the market and between them cover a wider geographical area, including Europe. They continue to set the

Vacancy Details
The Senior Project Manager will manage the resources necessary to successfully complete projects to the entire satisfaction of our customers. They will deliver business objectives, efficiently, within budget and to schedule, consistent with Company Procedures, good practice and Statutory Legislation within our contractual obligations.
You will manage the contract in all aspects of the following items, but not limited to:
SHE - Safety, Health and Environment
Quality
Budget
Programme management off site
Drawing Office Control
Bought out components
Sub-contractor coordination
Assist all internal departments involved in the project.
You will be required to define project objectives and manage the activities of the team to deliver the project to the required quality, programme and cost, ensuring any significant deviations or issues are reported to senior management team.
You will be a strong and effective communicator as regular liaison with main contractors, clients, and other professionals, as well as in house departments is a key part of this role.
At Severfield, safety is paramount and is embedded in all aspects of our work, therefore an essential part of this role is to ensure safety compliance of all the construction elements under your control.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a relevant construction degree or be able to demonstrate equivalent industry experience that showcases your expertise and suitability for the role. You will also need to have previous project management experience within the steelwork industry
