Position Summary

We're looking for a

Senior Project Manager

to deliver

top-tier civil engineering schemes

. The role focuses on

rapid delivery programmes

involving multiple work fronts, complex interfaces, and close engagement with senior stakeholders. You'll lead from early planning through to completion, ensuring targets for programme, budget, and quality are consistently achieved.

Pay Range

450-500 per day

Core Responsibilities

Lead external designers and consultants, ensuring agreed deliverables are produced on schedule.
Approve and manage formal programme submissions (Cl31, Cl32, CE, Cl14).
Coordinate third-party relationships and manage interface requirements.
Develop and communicate detailed project schedules to the team.
Enforce safety-first practices and promote behavioural safety culture on site.
Identify and actively manage risks and potential opportunities.
Oversee quality compliance in line with ITPs, WIS, and NCR procedures.
Maintain effective document control systems and digital record-keeping.
Secure and allocate appropriate resources across staff, operatives, and supply chain partners.

Candidate Essentials

Experience

Civil engineering background with a proven track record on complex, large-scale projects.
Knowledge of temporary works procedures.
Skilled in leading multi-disciplinary teams on demanding programmes.

Qualifications

HNC, HND, or Degree in a relevant discipline.
CSCS certification.
CITB 5-Day Safety Supervisor.
