The Role
We're looking for a versatile construction professional to join our Stockport team. You'll act as
Employer's Agent
,Project Manager
, andQuantity Surveyor
, supporting the successful delivery of new build and refurbishment schemes.What You'll Do
Manage a variety of construction projects across different sectors Act as the Employer's Agent from inception to completion Oversee cost management and budget control Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams Prepare reports and maintain project documentation Ensure compliance with contracts and industry standards Support the delivery of high-quality, timely project outcomes
What We're Looking For
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Experience in a consultancy or client-side role Strong cost, contract, and stakeholder management skills RICS or CIOB (or working towards) preferred Confident communicator and team player

Pay: 50,000.00-65,000.00 per year
