Heeton Hospitality UK seeks to engage with property/facilities specialists who can provide inspiring direction to maximise the performance of building asset portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK\'s growing hospitality management companies as a Senior Property & Facilities Manager. Heeton Hospitality operates a portfolio of 10 sites nationwide - Hilton, IHG, Accor and Heeton Concept branded hotels and a serviced office site.

Reporting to the Group Operations Manager, the Senior Property & Facilities Manager will be able to thrive in a role that requires high levels of self-management, excellent planning, communication and task monitoring skills with an ability to address both strategic and short-turnaround tasks. You will effectively and proactively maintain the high overall standards of maintenance and Health & Safety of the properties and all other facilities. The role will focus on all aspects of the business of buildings management, FM, performance, service delivery and improvement.

The position is field based but will require an appropriate proportion of time in the London and Leeds offices liaising with other head office functions. The role will involve travelling throughout the geographic area of responsibility and will include ongoing liaison with field-based operations and property colleagues, third-party suppliers and agencies.

To be considered for and be successful in this role you have:

  • Previously overseen external contractors, property maintenance and major works and have experience in assets management and performance
  • Experience in coordinating logistics for capital projects and delivering building/improvement projects
  • Experience in a fast-paced/high-change/growing company in branded hotel operations
  • Effective communication and coaching skills to get the best out of the hotel maintenance teams.
  • A detail-oriented approach to drive key performance objectives.
  • Experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and have comprehensive working knowledge in building maintenance systems
  • The ability to translate business objectives into workable solutions by being commercially astute.
  • Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid recommendations, conclusions and solutions.
