What you'll do:


Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive outstanding service.
Oversee the full management process - from the point of move in right through to when the tenants leave.
Handle maintenance requests promptly, liaising with contractors and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords, providing clear, professional communication.
Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
Drive results by meeting key performance targets.
Lead and mentor other property managers
Handle complex property management issues


What we're looking for:


At least 2 years experience in property management
Strong leadership skills, mentoring other team members
Resolution management
HMO property management experience
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A problem-solver with initiative and resilience- someone who doesn't shy away from a challenge.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A professional, respectful approach that puts people at the centre of everything you do.
ARLA accredited
Full UK driving licence

Location: 433 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9
Hours: Full-time, Monday -Friday 8.30am -5
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + performance incentives
