Holbrook Moran is a well-established independent letting agent with over 25 years in business and an excellent local reputation. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our lettings department as part of a small, friendly, and professional team.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio, delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a portfolio of rental properties Rent collection and arranging prompt payments to landlords Liaising with landlords and tenants in a professional manner Organising property inspections and check-ins Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors Dealing with tenancy issues efficiently and proactively Supporting the ongoing growth and strong reputation of the business
The Ideal Candidate

Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential Highly trustworthy, organised, and reliable Confident communicator with strong attention to detail Ambitious and motivated, with a genuine interest in helping grow an established independent agency Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team

Pay: 30,000.00-42,000.43 per year
