We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Senior Property Manager to join our clients established team in Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of tenancy management and property maintenance are carried out to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential properties (circa 100 properties), ensuring all landlord and tenant obligations are met in accordance with current legislation.
Conduct regular property inspections and arrange necessary maintenance works promptly and efficiently.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, delivering outstanding customer service.
Handle tenancy issues, including rent arrears, deposit disputes, and lease renewals with discretion and professionalism.
Organise and oversee repairs, liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the company's property management software.
Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, including gas safety, electrical safety, and fire risk assessments.
Prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence as required.
Support the lettings team where necessary, including during viewings or handovers.

Person Specification:
Proven experience (ideally more than 3 years) in a similar property management role, ideally within a residential lettings environment.
Strong knowledge of property law and lettings legislation in England.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
ARLA / Propertymark qualification (desirable but not essential).
Full UK driving licence
