To provide a professional property management service across a portfolio of residential properties in Leeds. Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance, smooth tenancy operations, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties in Leeds.
Act as the main contact for tenants and landlords, handling queries and resolving issues promptly.
Arrange and oversee maintenance and repair work, liaising with approved contractors.
Conduct property inspections, inventories, check-ins and check-outs.
Ensure compliance with landlord & tenant legislation, including safety checks (gas, fire, electrical), deposit protection, and tenancy documentation.
Manage rent collection, monitor arrears, and ensure timely payments to landlords.
Prepare tenancy agreements and maintain accurate property records.
Liaise with lettings negotiators, accounts teams, and compliance officers where needed.
Keep landlords updated on market conditions, rental valuations, and legislation changes.
Deliver high standards of customer service at all times.
Required Skills / Qualifications
Experience in residential property management or lettings.
Knowledge of UK property legislation (tenancy law, safety standards, deposit schemes).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
IT proficiency, including property management software and MS Office.
Driving licence (preferred for inspections).
