Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Property Manager located in Chester, with the flexibility of working from home on Monday and Friday. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of common parts of residential properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, leaseholder satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing budgets, handling leaseholder inquiries , conducting site inspections, and liaising with contractors.
Qualifications
Experience in property management, facilities management, and residential or commercial property oversight
Ability to develop and manage budgets, handle financial reporting, and ensure cost-effective operations
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including safety and building regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective leaseholder and contractor interactions
Proficiency in using property management software Propman and Dwellant and digital tools for tracking and reporting purposes
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve issues
MTPI qualification
Full driving licence
The portflio area predominantly covers Northwich, surrounding areas and Chester
