Senior Property Manager
to join our growing team. This is a

, offering the opportunity to work directly with the
Head of Lettings
and support the entire company's lettings operation.
As a key team member, you'll play an essential role in delivering a seamless lettings service--helping to manage tenancies, ensure compliance, and uphold our high standards across our
award-winning branches
.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Lettings in overseeing and supporting lettings operations across all branches
Progress tenancy deals from start to finish, ensuring an efficient and professional experience
Manage all lettings-related matters for the company on
Saturdays
, acting as the main point of contact
Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property management and maintenance
Maintain and ensure compliance with lettings legislation, processes, and documentation
Handle renewals, check-ins/outs, and day-to-day management of the rental portfolio
Collaborate with teams in other Durden & Hunt offices to ensure consistency in service and performance
Working Pattern:
5 days per week
, including
Saturdays
(with one weekday off in lieu)
Based in
Colchester
, with regular communication and coordination with other offices
What We're Looking For:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Previous lettings or property management experience preferred
Confident, professional, and proactive approach
Strong interest in progressing within the lettings sector
