We are seeking a
Senior Property Manager
to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step into a senior leadership role

for an already established Senior Property Manager seeking to join a forward-thinking, fast-growing company where your ideas and expertise will make a real impact.
In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of residential properties while taking on senior responsibilities, including overseeing our property management team, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own portfolio of residential properties, delivering a high standard of service to landlords and tenants.
Lead and support the property management team, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
Act as a senior point of contact for escalated landlord and tenant matters.
Oversee complex tenancy issues, ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety, maintenance, and compliance standards are met.
Utilise
SME
property management software for all administrative, communication, and reporting tasks.
Work with the management team to develop service improvements, operational efficiencies, and upselling opportunities for landlords.
Requirements
Proven experience in property management is essential; experience in a senior or supervisory role is desirable.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in property management software; experience with
SME
(or willingness to learn) is advantageous.
Sound understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
