This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Residential Property Management division and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role



You will manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties located across the South Coast and London. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive and professional approach to property management and client service.

Key Responsibilities



Carry out regular property inspections to assess maintenance requirements, identify health and safety risks, and record site conditions. Coordinate maintenance works and statutory inspections, liaising with contractors to ensure completion within agreed timescales. Manage Section 20 consultations and oversee related project works. Ensure full compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations. Act as the main point of contact for clients and leaseholders, handling all queries and requests efficiently and professionally. Communicate clearly with clients and leaseholders on matters impacting their property. Attend AGMs and residents' meetings (including occasional evenings). Work collaboratively with the property accounts team on the preparation and management of annual service charge budgets. Manage insurance claims and related correspondence.

Skills & Experience



Proven background in residential leasehold block management. Sound understanding of current Landlord & Tenant legislation and industry best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational ability, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Professional telephone manner and confident interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications. A flexible, approachable, and professional attitude.

Pay: 24,420.00-35,000.00 per year
