Senior Property Manager
with experience in residential lettings to manage a portfolio acrossNorth London and Manchester
. The role is fully remote with occasional site visits -- alltravel and accommodation expenses covered
.You'll handle compliance, maintenance, tenant relations, landlord communications, and support new business growth. This is a rare opportunity to step into a strategic role with

.Key Requirements
Strong understanding of lettings regulations and compliance Confident, independent, and tech-savvy UK-based, with flexibility to travel for inspections when needed
