36 Hour contract - Full time

Purple Frog Property in Nottingham are excited to be looking for a new member of the team! The successful candidate will join our busy office, and will be responsible for a portfolio of HMO, student and residential properties.

This role would be perfect for a property manager who is looking to progress into a fun and ambitious company who take pride in their reputation and want to continue to move the branch forward by being part of a great team!

It is essential to have at least 1 year experience with Property Management experience, and you must have a passion for customer service. To succeed in this role, you will have great relationship building skills.

You will be enthusiastic, very well organised and, most importantly, enjoy having fun!

The successful applicant will be responsible for (but not limited to) the Lettings, maintenance, inspections, certification and compliance of a large portfolio of HMO properties in Nottingham, and you will also be expected to manage a portfolio that we have in Bristol (you will be expected to do this from the Nottingham branch).

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Start date: ASAP

Location: Derby Rd, Nottingham

Hours: Monday - Friday 36 hours.
