Senior Property Manager

to lead and grow a portfolio. Our portfolios are geographically spread from London to West & East Sussex, Kent & Surrey. Depending on your location, a portfolio shuffle would take place to make a region for you.

The Role

As a Senior Property Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of residential blocks and estates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and client satisfaction. You'll be the key point of contact for leaseholders, freeholders, contractors, and internal teams, delivering proactive and responsive management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of leasehold management are handled efficiently. Lead site inspections, oversee maintenance works, and ensure health & safety compliance. Prepare and manage service charge budgets and financial reporting. Build strong relationships with clients, residents, and contractors. Handle complex leaseholder queries and disputes with professionalism and care. Support team members and contribute to strategic improvements.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Proven experience in residential block management (minimum 3-5 years). Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation and service charge accounting. Excellent communication and organisational skills. MTPI qualification (or working towards) - ATPI essential. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and ability to work independently. Full UK driving licence (site visits required).
