Gatekeeper Estate and Letting Agent - Property Manager

Location:

4 Kingfishers Court, Northfield Farm Lane, Witney, OX28 1UE

Basic Salary:

33,000 - 40,000

OTE (On-Target Earnings):

45,000 - 55,000 (performance-dependent)

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting and coaching your Property Manager Taking the lead on senior tasks: SOLD chases and post-completion follow-ups Checkout and deposit negotiations Landlord relationship management Escalated issues and triage Overseeing inspections, maintenance and compliance Collaborating daily with your Area Manager and in-house tech team

Experience in property management or a customer service leadership role Calm, organised and confident decision-maker A team player with leadership skills and warmth Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
