As our Senior Property Manager based in Witney, you'll lead with impact, managing your own portfolio, supporting our property team, and shaping how we deliver exceptional service. If you're a confident leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for property management, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing

Lead, coach and support one of our Property Managers, guiding their development and performance. Take responsibility for complex property management tasks: deposit negotiations, check-outs, escalated issues. Drive the SOLD chasing and post-completion follow-ups, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Build and maintain strong landlord relationships, you're the trusted advisor. Oversee inspections, maintenance, compliance and ensure our standards are met. Collaborate with our Director and tech team to streamline and improve processes via smart systems and tools.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in property management (or senior customer-service leadership) with a track record of delivering results. Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Confident decision-maker with excellent relationship and communication skills. Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (essential for the role). Driven by doing things well, caring for customers, and continuously improving.
