We're looking for a Senior Property Manager to join our Witney team. You'll take ownership of your own portfolio, mentor others, and help shape how we deliver exceptional service every day.

What you'll do

Lead, coach and support a Property Manager, helping them develop and perform. Handle complex property management tasks, deposit negotiations, check-outs, and escalated issues. Take ownership of post-sale follow-ups and SOLD chases to keep everything moving smoothly. Build lasting relationships with landlords by becoming their trusted advisor. Oversee inspections, maintenance and compliance to keep every property at its best. Work with Directors and our in-house tech team to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

What we're looking for

Experience in property management or senior-level customer service. Strong organisation and time-management skills. Calm, confident decision-maker with great communication. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
