J R Velasco Dental Prosthetics Limited is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Prosthetics Dental Technician to join our dynamic team. About the Role

You'll lead the fabrication of high-quality removable prosthetics, including full and partial dentures, implant-retained prostheses, and complex cases requiring advanced technical expertise. Working 36 hours across 4 days, you'll enjoy a condensed schedule that supports both productivity and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Design and construct removable prosthetic appliances to the highest standards Collaborate with clinicians and junior technicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes Oversee quality control and mentor team members in best practices Maintain compliance with MHRA and GDC guidelines Contribute to workflow improvements and innovation within the lab

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in prosthetics, ideally in a senior or supervisory role GDC registration and up-to-date CPD portfolio Strong understanding of dental materials, techniques, and digital workflows Excellent communication and leadership skills A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship
