Fix term 12 months | 18.75 hours per week| Hybrid



We are excited to welcome a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) to join our Lucy Project team, where you will provide high-quality, low-intensity psychological therapies to children and young people (CYP) with mild to moderate emotional and mental health concerns.



About You



Postgraduate qualification as a Children's Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP).



Registration with BABCP or BPS as a Children's Wellbeing Practitioner.



CWP Supervisors (PGCert) or equivalent experience



Experience working with young people facing common mental health issues.



Experience developing and delivering evidence-based IAPT low-intensity interventions, including group psychoeducation and guided self-help.

Reporting to the Principal Clinical Psychologist, your responsibilities will include:



Deliver psychological interventions, including CBT and self-help techniques.



Provide support to families to ensure participation in treatment and involvement in the therapeutic process.



Collaborate with community and external services to ensure holistic support for CYP and their families.



Supervise and provide training to junior team members, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.



Work with senior clinical and managerial teams to contribute to the development and expansion of early intervention services.
