Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Senior QA Automation Engineer

with strong skills in

Robot Framework

and a developer mindset to join our team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the quality of our industry-leading platform for valuing, reviewing, and reporting on illiquid investments across private equity, credit, and real estate.

What You'll Do

Verify that newly developed features are

production ready

through automated and manual testing. Design, implement, and maintain

independent automated test cases

using

Robot Framework, with 85% automation and 15% manual testing.

Provide clear and actionable feedback on test results, bugs, and high-level testing strategies. Lead

defect management

: logging, tracking, validating, and advocating for resolution. Support

regression testing

to ensure product stability and quality across releases. Reproduce and investigate automation test failures via

manual verification

. Collaborate with QA peers to document quality processes for reuse across projects. Manage testing throughout the

full SDLC

in Agile/Scrum environments. Proactively propose improvements in functionality, design, testability, and usability. Partner with

Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and Testers

to uphold product quality standards.

Requirements

Consulting mindset

: ability to propose innovations, justify changes, and guide non-technical stakeholders. Strong

analytical, debugging, and problem-solving

skills with attention to detail. Significant experience in

test automation frameworks and methodologies

. Solid understanding of

Agile/Scrum SDLC

practices. Experience implementing and maintaining

BDD test cases

and

end-to-end scenarios

. Hands-on with

cross-platform testing

(mobile, web, multiple browsers). Familiarity with

QA methodologies

(smoke, regression, integration, performance, acceptance, etc.). Strong communication skills in

English (written and spoken)

. Ability to

review and improve code quality

.

Must-Have Technologies

Robot Framework

(primary automation framework).

Selenium

for UI test automation.

Python

for test development.

Nice-to-Have Skills

C# programming experience. Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines). App Insights. ReportPortal integration. Cypress framework. Docker / Kubernetes knowledge.
