This role comes with a competitive starting salary of 25,000, rising to 26,000 after six months, along with an uncapped monthly commission structure that rewards your success.

Expected hours: up to 37.5 per week
This role is working full time /Part -time hours between 8.00am - 8.00pm, Monday - Friday and working 1 Saturday every 6 weeks

What You'll Be Doing
This role is for someone with extensive
appointment setting experience
who thrives on delivering quality conversations, managing expectations, and building relationships with both consumers and our network of financial advisers. You'll be responsible for:
Conducting in-depth fact finds
with consumers to understand their financial needs, goals and circumstances - identifying any signs of vulnerability and tailoring your approach accordingly.
Matching consumers to the right financial adviser
, based on those needs and adviser specialisms.
Setting high-quality appointments
, ensuring both the consumer and adviser are clear on next steps - always ensuring suitability and relevance.
Building rapport and trust
, both with consumers on the phone and with our adviser partners. Ensuring each party is informed, prepared, and confident with the information they have been provided.
Managing expectations
on both sides to ensure a seamless and professional experience.
Support regulatory best practice
by acting with integrity and in line with FCA guidelines and our own internal standards for treating customers fairly.
Contributing to team targets
, supporting colleagues and sharing best practice.
Spotting cross-sell opportunities
where appropriate, to further support consumers.
Team Support:
Assist the sales team with various tasks outside of appointment setting calls, demonstrating strong teamwork and attention to detail.
About You
We're seeking an experienced appointment setter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You should have a proven track record in outbound sales, appointment setting and customer service, with the natural ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers. We're looking for a dynamic individual who can easily adapt and excel in a fast-paced setting.
Your enthusiasm and professional attitude are more important to us than specific industry experience, though familiarity with financial services products is a plus. We will provide all the tools and training necessary to help you grow and succeed in your role at Lead Tech.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, and outbound customer engagement - ideally at a senior or advanced level.
Confidence and fluency in conducting structured, needs-based conversations and asking insightful, open-ended questions.
A strong understanding of Consumer Duty and the importance of fair customer outcomes.
Experience in recognising and supporting vulnerable customers, with a sensitive and person-centred approach.
A professional, adaptable communication style - you'll be just as comfortable talking to a hesitant consumer as to a professional financial adviser.
Commercial awareness and a high attention to detail - ensuring consumers are connected to the most appropriate adviser for their situation.
Strong time management and self-motivation in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Financial services knowledge - but full training will be provided.
