Here at GXO Logistics, we're looking for a

Senior Quality Control Inspector

to join our Branston team at Branston and lead the way in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You'll be at the heart of our Quality Control function - organising resources, managing priorities and leading a team to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll make a real impact on safety, compliance, and performance.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:00 and Friday 07:00 - 15:00. However flexibility will be essential at peak times, this is logistics after all!

You'll be paid a salary of

34,361 per annum

Leading and motivating your team to hit targets and maintain top-notch standards Driving Health & Safety compliance and creating a safe, efficient working environment Managing inspection routines, stock movements and rework actions Building strong relationships across the business and with external partners Championing continuous improvement and operational excellence

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment Strong knowledge of QC batch inspection practices A track record of delivering results and driving continuous improvement Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships Solid IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with warehouse management systems
