Quality Professional - IMS Strategy & Improvement
Location: Derby, Manchester, Warrington and Hybrid Working Available
About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Professional to lead the strategic improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS). This is a pivotal role in delivering a future-ready, compliant, and user-centric system that supports governance, quality, and operational excellence across Rolls-Royce SMR.
You will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of a new IMS platform as part of a major change programme. This role combines strategic planning, project and change management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and digital innovation goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the IMS transformation roadmap and business case. Act as the focal point for IMS architecture and digital tool implementation. Oversee end-to-end delivery of the new IMS platform, including integration with other business systems. Apply structured change management methodologies to ensure successful adoption. Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and training programmes. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and nuclear regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement and performance analysis using data-driven insights.

What We're Looking ForDegree qualified or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and regulatory frameworks. Proven experience in project and change management within a regulated industry. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly. Experience with digital quality management platforms is desirable.
