An established, forward-thinking UK Construction Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Edinburgh office. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of a varied portfolio of schemes, including:
- 45m landmark hotel development in Edinburgh city centre
- 15m PBSA scheme in a prime location
- 10m serviced apartment project
- Major infrastructure and masterplanning work at Edinburgh Airport
- Leisure facilities, private residential schemes, steel-framed industrial sheds, and select projects in Newcastle/Durham
This is a dynamic, social team of 7 Quantity Surveyors within a wider office of 12-15, supported by Project Managers and administrative staff. With an excellent track record of developing talent, they offer a real meritocracy, with pathways into Associate-level roles for ambitious individuals.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Previous QS experience in a UK construction consultancy
- Strong pre and post contract experience
- MRICS ideally or currently working towards
- A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
- 55,000 - 65,000
- Car allowance
- 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
