What you'll be doing

Preparing

Bills of Quantities

, schedule of works, cost plans, and detailed cost estimates. Leading on

pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying

- tender preparation, procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts. Managing

contract administration

using

JCT and NEC forms of contract

. Taking a hands-on role in

project management

and client-facing delivery. Acting as a trusted advisor, building strong client and stakeholder relationships. Supporting, mentoring, and inspiring junior team members.

What we're looking for

A

traditional Quantity Surveying background

with consultancy or PQS experience. RICS qualified (MRICS or FRICS). Experience working on

local authority and education projects

. A strong understanding of

JCT and NEC contracts

. Someone who's commercially astute, confident, and ready to take the next step.
