Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Glasgow

We're working with a leading infrastructure contractor known for delivering high-quality civils and infrastructure projects across Scotland. With a strong focus on safety, quality, and innovation, they have a reputation for completing projects on time and within budget.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team supporting multiple civils projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead commercial management and cost control across projects
Prepare valuations, manage subcontractor contracts, and oversee procurement
Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and forecast costs
Collaborate with project teams to identify commercial risks and opportunities
Ensure compliance with contract conditions and company policies
Requirements:
Proven Senior QS experience within civils or infrastructure contracting
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial best practices
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Relevant degree or professional qualification
