Sizewell C will power around 6 million homes with reliable, low-carbon electricity for at least 60 years. Ensuring compliance with governance, procedures and reporting standards

Preparing and negotiating claims, variations, and compensation events

Mentoring junior commercial staff and supporting recruitment efforts across the team

Leading commercial reporting and stakeholder engagement in your area of responsibility

What we are looking for:

Chartered (RICS, ICES or CIOB) with a strong background in civil engineering or infrastructure

A proven track record managing commercial outcomes on large, complex construction projects

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, support and influence others

Sound understanding of NEC contracts and commercial risk management

Skilled in cost control, reporting, procurement strategy and supplier negotiation

Able to communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders

Comfortable working with digital systems and commercial reporting tools

This is more than a job - it's a chance to shape something that will have a lasting impact for generations. You'll join a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and solving challenges at scale.
