Lindum Construction specialises in major construction projects mainly across the East Midlands region and is currently seeking a

Senior Quantity

Surveyor

to join the Lincoln-based team.



Lindum Construction is the Group's largest Building division, specializing in major construction projects, mainly in the Lincoln and extended East Midlands region but also nationally. We have a variety of clients in a range of sectors, including affordable housing, food, retail, and education, commercial, industrial and health. Our repeat client ratio is 85% hence we require excellent client engagement and collaborative working.



We are currently seeking a

Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join the Lindum Construction team.



Duties will include:


Subcontract procurement, payments and measures Cash flow reporting Cost management and valuations Build estimates and variation costings Engagement with frameworks Working closely with the project delivery team members in successfully delivering our projects. Assisting with, and mentoring, developing members of the team. Undertaking regular accurate cost value reporting and forecasting as the project progresses.


Essential criteria


The ability to manage your own time and meet demanding deadlines Full UK Driving Licence. Experience of quantity surveying and cost management Good communicator, methodical and conscientious Able to build strong relationships Team player. Awareness of JCT and NEC forms of construction contracts
