At JPD Corporation LTD , we are shaping the built environment through innovation, quality, and collaboration. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team.

Role Overview

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. You will oversee cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and value engineering to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets from feasibility through to final accounts Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiation Conduct regular cost reporting and forecasting for internal and client purposes Administer contracts and manage subcontractor performance Assess and value variations, claims, and final accounts Liaise with project teams, clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure commercial success Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company procedures

Requirements

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (RICS chartered status preferred) Minimum 7+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior role Proven track record of managing costs on mid to large-scale construction projects Strong knowledge of various contract forms (e.g., JCT, NEC) Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead commercial aspects of complex projects Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office
