Job Summary
We are a Joinery Company based in East Lothian and we are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the cost and financial management of construction projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to ensure that projects are completed within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
Duties
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures to ensure financial Conduct Price tenders received for future potential work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
