Job Description
A national chartered surveying consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their established Milton Keynes office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor\'s Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a personable team who are working across a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects across the industrial, education, leisure, and commercial office sectors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for delivering projects from inception to completion, pre and post contract, whilst also undertaking client facing duties.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS would be ideal
- Comfortable carrying out pre and post contract services
- Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy practice
- \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa360,000
