Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our L&Q contract team based in Rainham

Location:

Rainham

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the L&Q contract team, supporting them in delivering commercial leadership and governance across a long-term planned maintenance contract.



Your day to day will include:


Leading all commercial matters and month-end processes, forecasting, and supply chain management Managing risks, cash flow, and ensuring contract compliance Developing and motivating the commercial team on the contract Representing Kier in client working groups and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting tenders and contributing to business growth

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:


You have strong communication skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and supply chains You hold relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable) and have experience in a similar role You are organised, deadline-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT packages You're flexible, proactive, and committed to continuous development You have a full driving licence (does not need to be UK-specific)
