An established and award-winning contractor/developer is looking for a

Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join their growing team based in

Hampshire

. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a privately owned business that delivers a diverse range of projects including new-build housing, care homes, and mixed-use developments - all with a strong focus on quality, community, and sustainability.

About the Role:

As a Senior QS, you'll play a pivotal role across a broad portfolio of projects - managing costs from early-stage feasibility through to final account. The company has a strong pipeline across the South and values commercial professionals who enjoy getting involved early in the development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost planning, procurement, tendering and subcontract management Managing commercial performance across residential and care developments Working closely with construction and technical teams to monitor build costs Supporting junior QSs and contributing to commercial strategy

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within main contracting Strong contractual and commercial understanding, specifically with JCT contracts Excellent communication and negotiation skills A proactive, detail-driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously
