The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:
- Managing commercial functions on a project or section of a project
- Preparing applications, reports, and reviewing incoming accounts
- Managing subcontractor accounts and supporting negotiations
- Contributing to the development of junior team members
- Supporting collaborative working and company procedures
- Strong experience in commercial roles within construction
- Detailed understanding of contract and subcontract terms
- Knowledge of construction techniques and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, accountable, and collaborative approach
