Senior Quantity Surveyor

Competitive Salary North Wales Morfa Gele, Abergele 40 hours per week, Permanent contract

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will join us and help shape the future of our services.


You will lead our Commercial Team focusing on new builds to ensure commercial activity is efficient and cost effective and supports the delivery of our 'Together' Corporate Plan.


With a focus on creating communities to be proud of, you will have:

A drive to deliver our purpose - to provide affordable, safe and secure homes while creating opportunities for our tenants to thrive The ability to communicate effectively and to build and maintain working partnerships. The ability to motivate and lead a team, working within time and financial parameters Previous experience of managing small to large value development contracts within social housing/public sector. A relevant professional qualification (RICS or equivalent) with relevant experience Degree in Quantity Surveying.
