We are looking for a Senior Reasonable Adjustment Liaison to join our team.

Role summary





The Accessibility Team is responsible for reasonable adjustment requests and accommodations. You will play a key role in working and supporting candidates who have requested reasonable adjustments or accommodations for their assessments.




As a Senior RAL, you will:

Support candidates, providing advice about the Reasonable Adjustment Policy, reasonable adjustment processes and in the context of the Assessment Regulations. Manage a candidate caseload of standard reasonable adjustment applications, progressing these to final agreed reasonable adjustment plans. Collate, record, and evaluate data and statistics for reporting to senior

managers.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Disability Assessor or Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you'll bring to the role



Experience of working and implementing principles in accordance with the Equality Act and EDI principles within a professional assessment and/or HE environment Experience of deciding reasonable adjustments for assessments in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, and within agreed business principles. Experience of advising about reasonable adjustments and assistive technologies to support candidates in assessments Experience of working with stakeholder teams for the agreement and implementation of reasonable adjustments plans in professional assessments and/or higher education Experience of assistive technologies and advising about reasonable adjustments using assistive technologies to support candidates in assessments Experience of working closely with stakeholder teams to implement and operationalise reasonable adjustment plans Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, including the ability to draft clear, succinct and relevant correspondence and reports Strong administrative skills including organisational, time and documenmanagement skills and attention to detail Experience of working with and meeting key performance indicator targets Strong IT skills, particularly G-Suite and spreadsheets to record and evaluate critical data. Experience of working in a team to achieve targets and goal Experience for learning new systems and processes quickly and efficiently Successfully working to deadlines.
