As part of Finastra's strategic M&A activity, we are seeking a
Senior Recruiter
to join our team on a
9-month contract.
This role will support both
Executive Search
and
Talent Acquisition (TA)
hiring initiatives, while also contributing to project management efforts during a period of increased strategic workload.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and project manage recruitment processes related to M&A activity across Executive Search and TA.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external executive search and recruitment partners, ensuring alignment and delivery.
Partner with internal stakeholders including HR, Organisational Effectiveness (OE), Reward, and business units to define and deliver hiring priorities.
Support TA operations including job postings, candidate management, stakeholder coordination, and offer package creation in collaboration with the Reward team.
Facilitate effective collaboration between Finastra and external M&A partners, ensuring streamlined communication and process alignment.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in Executive Search and senior-level Talent Acquisition.
Strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within an in-house environment.
Experience managing offer processes and working closely with compensation teams.
Familiarity with in-house HR systems and recruitment workflows is highly desirable.
Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace.
Strong communication skills--both written and verbal--with a high attention to detail.
Ability to navigate complexity and demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
