Due to recent success, they are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in the Freight and Logistics sector. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to identify, engage, and secure top-tier professionals for their prestigious clients. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, fostering relationships with both candidates and clients, and contributing to the agency's overall growth and success.

What is the job?


As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in freight and logistics, you will play a crucial role in the business by managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients based in the USA. You will leverage your industry knowledge and network to source, attract, and retain the best talent while providing exceptional client service. You will also be joining a great team of experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants, well-versed with the ins and outs of the US Freight Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the freight and logistics sector. Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and the market landscape to provide tailored recruitment solutions. Proactively identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networking. Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and providing feedback to clients and candidates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance your recruitment strategies. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new clients and opportunities for growth.



Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally with a focus on freight and logistics. Strong understanding of the freight and logistics sector and its specific recruitment challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.



What we offer:
