It's an exciting time here at Cranleigh STEM & Sustainability - we're busy, we're growing, and we're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

The Role

This is a 360 role, but not the scattergun, high-volume kind. Think strategic, consultative, relationship-driven. You'll build your own niche, supported by a brand, tools, and a team that genuinely has your back.

What You'll Do

Partner with innovative STEM & sustainability businesses across the UK, Europe & US Build trusted, long-term client relationships Manage end-to-end recruitment on complex, high-impact roles Stay on top of market trends and client needs Work alongside ambitious colleagues who support (not compete with) you

What We're Looking For

Experience in 360 or client-facing recruitment An interest in technical markets (engineering, life sciences, clean tech, etc.) A consultative, relationship-first approach Energy to build new business and deliver quality at pace
